Sour Ale Aged in Oak with Peach Pits Developed in collaboration with our distant relatives at Mikkeller Baghaven (Refshaleøen, CPH, DK) back in June 2018. "The Pits" is an American Wild Ale fermented & aged in French Oak barrels for 12 months & then blended onto 1.11 lbs (133g) of Pits from Yellow Peaches per gallon (liter) of beer. Refermented and naturally conditioned in the bottle for an additional 7 months.
