Muy aromática. Las maltas Crystal inglesas, Munich y Caramel aportan un poco de tostado y cuerpo, y suavizan los lúpulos americanos (Columbus, Tomahawk, Zeus, Willamette, Cascade, etc.). Como dicen ellos, no es una IPA que vaya a arruinarte el paladar, sino que va a maridar bien con la comida. De entrada, es lupulada, resinosa y cítrica, pero acaba con un final maltoso, caramelizado, que diluye el amargor. Muy bebible, de las que pasan muy fácilmente.
