Table d’émeraude is een nieuw blend saison waar we bijzonder trots op zijn. Het is een blend tussen een jonge saison vergist met onze ‘in-house’ giststam, daarna koud gehopt met Citra en Hallertau blanc, en een saison vergist met een cocktail van wilde gisten, daarna twee jaar gerijpt in witte wijnvaten.
Na 4 maanden hergisting en rijping op fles is het resultaat opmerkelijk harmonieus. De aroma’s zijn zeer wijnachtig, met tonen van perziken, nectarines en abrikozen die de droge, pittige afdronk verzachten.
