Fantastic Blend of Cider and Ginger Beer. Perfectly blended to give that slight heat and gingeryness without detracting from the amazing taste of Midford Cider. Delicious warmed through like mulled cider, or cold straight out of the fridge, Stoney Bonk is the perfect drink for lazy days in the sun or sat in front of a roaring fire on a cold winters eve. The idea for Stoney Bonk is said to come from local farm workers in the 1950s and 60s, who mixed ginger beer with cider to make a lunchtime pick-me-up that wouldn’t get them totally sozzled! Honey’s Cider was started by Bob Honey and his daughter Jules, the second and third generation of Honeys to live at Upper Midford Farm, 3 miles south of Bath. All the apples are milled, pressed and fermented at the farm.
