Light Of The Dragon was brewed in collaboration with our friends at the Red Hawk Avalon to celebrate their Cascadian Midsummer music festival. Brewed using only ingredients from the Cascadia region, it highlights Steffi Pils, Buzz Pale, Elwha River Spelt and Ajay Oat Malt, all from LINC Malting. It was hopped in the kettle with Cascade and Amarillo, then dry-hopped with more of the same. Hail Cascadia!
