Holy Goat Brewing Citrus Crusher

We brewed this golden sour with a heritage malt called Scotch Common, grown and malted by Crafty Maltsters in Auchtermuchty, Fife.

Fermented with a mixed culture and aged for around three months, before being transferred onto 250l of blood orange and clementine juice, with an additional 50kg of whole fruit, which were zested, pulped, and juiced by hand.

These citrus fruits were freshly picked from the winter harvest of Italian organic producers (Cooperativa I Fruitti del Sole & Oroverde).
