Gulden Draak Imperial Stout je tmavě hnědé až černé pivo a je nejtěžším pivem v řadě Gulden Draak se svým obsahem alkoholu 12°. Typickou praženou chuť získáme přidáním praženého, karamelizovaného sladu, který se k tomu používá výhradně. Je to velmi dobře vyvážené těžké pivo.

Dochuť je bohatá a silná. Při degustaci tohoto speciálního piva objevíte vůni banánu a čokolády. Sekundární kvašení funguje krásně a dokonale vyrovná vyšší alkoholy.

 

Deep dark, rich and powerful.

The Gulden Draak Imperial Stout is a dark brown to black-colored beer and is the heaviest beer in the Gulden Draak range with its 12° alcohol percentage volume. The typical roasted taste is obtained by adding roasted, caramelized malt that is used exclusively for this. It is a very well-balanced heavy beer.

The aftertaste is rich and powerful. When tasting this specialty beer you discover aromas of banana and chocolate. The secondary fermentation works beautifully and will perfectly balance the higher alcohols.

Gulden Draak Brewmaster je ódou mistra sládka šesté generace na předchozí generace sládků v pivovaru Van Steenberge, na řemeslo našeho tradičního pivovarského umění a zejména na pátou generaci sládků: Jozefa Van Steenberga, který se ponořil do rok 1975 speciální piva v kombinaci s experimenty nového 'Craft beer world'.

V Gulden Draak Brewmaster nechají sládci základní várku Gulden Draak Classic zrát v dřevěných sudech od destilovaných nápojů dle dostupnosti.

 

An ode to six generations of master brewers.

Gulden Draak Brewmaster is an ode of the sixth generation master brewer to previous generations of brewers at the Van Steenberge brewery, to the craftsmanship of our traditional brewing art and in particular to the fifth generation of brewers: Jozef Van Steenberge, who immersed himself in the year 1975 the specialty beers, combined with the experiments of the new 'Craft beer world'.

At the Gulden Draak Brewmaster, the brewers will let the basic brew of the Gulden Draak Classic mature in wooden barrels from distilled drinks, depending on availability.
