After brewing our Yorkshire Parkin Imperial Stout with our friends at Tartarus, we transferred some over to Plantation Rum barrels. To describe this beer in one word, would be Decadent. It’s incredibly thick and pours like a treacle. The ginger and spice flavour is still prominent but with an impressively bold backbone of Rum oozing through to give great balance.
