Equilibrium Brewery Infinite Entropy

We started off with a base of flaked oats and flaked wheat with a whirlpool of Mosaic and Galaxy. A roll of the dice dictated the dry hop schedule and ratios for our leg of the collaboration, and we used Mosaic, Galaxy, and Rakau. Infinite Entropy pours a hazy and deep yellow with aromas of mango, syrupy orange slices, and lime. Flavors start off creamy and lead into pops of papaya, mandarin orange, passionfruit, watermelon and lime fun dip candy, and complex blueberries with an explosive #EQjuice profile. We are really digging this beer and it begs the question: Is anything in the universe truly random or is there always an underlying order and this beer was meant to be? Delta S tends towards infinity.
