Description Hear No Evil is one of a trio of beers Little Pomona have collaborated on with Deya in Cheltenham.
It began life as one of Deya’s wheat beers, before being fermented and conditioned with lees from one of Little Pomona’s spontaneous fermentations and aged in oak in the cellars of Deya.
The final step for Hear No Evil was to be refermented on perry pear pomace for four weeks.
With a totally unique taste, expect your senses to be enthralled. There’s sweet pear and floral notes on the nose following through to pear and stone fruits on the palate with gentle acidity and a soft finish. 750ml. 6.3%.

That means that the only microorganisms which ferment and create this beer are those found on the skins of the apples from Little Pomona. It’s a little wild, a little funky, definitely has echoes of their cider, and was a lot of fun to collaborate in this way.
