With Whale Shark we explore the creamy depths of the New England Double IPA. The quest is to make our silkiest and juiciest example yet. Aside from the usual oats, we added loads of specialty grains like emmer and chit malt to give the beer that über-luxurious mouthfeel. Heaps of hops finish this beer. Every version features a different hop combination (V6: Cryo Pop/Simcoe/Columbus).

Beschrijving: Met Whale Shark verkennen ze de romige diepten van de New England Double IPA. De zoektocht is om de meest zijdezachte en sappigste exemplaar tot nu toe te maken. Naast de gebruikelijke haver hebben ze bij De Kromme Haring heel veel speciale granen zoals emmer en chitmout toegevoegd om het bier een über-luxueus mondgevoel te geven. Hopjes hop van HBC638 & Cryo Citra maken dit bier af.
