Cloudwater Brew Co. Motueka, Nelson & Sabro Foudre Beer

Drawing on a hop combination we’ve loved using in our fresh beer, this impactful beer abounds with aromas of coconut cream, lime sherbet and white grape.

A foudre-aged wild ale fermented with brettanomyces yeast, then dry-hopped with 40g/L of Motueka, Nelson Sauvin & Sabro.

Juicy lime is the predominant tasting note, working well with a clean acidity, alongside sour white grape and zesty grapefruit, rounded off by a touch of desiccated coconut on the finish.
