The beer was meant to bring Dank, very, very Dank. In the hot part we use Columbus Hop Hash, in Dry Hop, Cascade, Columbus and many Strata. To bring even more aroma and flavor to this breja, we work with an enzymatic treatment of B-glucosidase whose purpose is to release specific terpenic compounds from the hop and enhance its biotransformation, thus increasing the potency and complexity of aromas and flavors. Finally, we use a terpenic blend of Lemon Skunk, Critical Kush and AK-47, bringing even more dank and complementing the aromas and fruity flavors brought by hopping.
