The Mamouche and the Lou Pépé are respectively dedicated to my mom and my dad.
This blend of rhubarb and Lambic being my wife Nathalie's favorite beer, it was simply logical to pay homage to her by naming this beer Nath.
Nath is a nursery school teacher and who better than the children in her class could represent their teacher on a label.

Rhubarb Lambic is the first Zwanze to have been imagined in 2008.
Rhubarb wine is a classic in Belgium and the idea of ​​combining the tangy astringency of this plant with the drier acidity of Lambic seemed obvious to me.
Produced in very small quantities in 2008, rhubarb Zwanze was once again in the spotlight for Zwanze 2012, in larger volumes this time.
