Ca' del Brado Scrâna

Sour ale aged in oak for two years, then cold-spiced with smoked rosemary and juniper.

This beer is characterized by a composite acidity, minerality and fruity tones of apricot and citrus. The lactic freshness is accentuated by the juniper with notes of berries and spices, while the drink finds its complexity from its long stay in barrels: hints of vanilla and cellar nuances. Smoked rosemary is perceptible with hints of balsamic and a slight note of incense.

The Scrâna series focuses on limited-edition beers that represent long aging paths within the barrel cellar, with a matching illustration (Scrâna = chair in Bolognese dialect) to symbolize the wait necessary for deeper refinement.
