Stout Imperiale prodotta con l’aggiunta di uvetta ed invecchiata per 22 mesi in barili di rum. Aroma e sapidità calda ed intensa di malti tostati, cioccolato fondente, frutta secca (mandorle), caffè espresso, caramello, frutta scura (prugna, ciliegia, datteri, uva passa ed uva sultanina), vaniglia, liquirizia, melassa e naturalmente rum. In retroscena qualche tono legnoso e speziato di cannella. Corpo medio-robusto con finitura agrodolce e carbonatazione modesta. In bocca è dolce ed oleosa; il lungo invecchiamento conferisce un’intensa nota alcolica di rum. Estremamente riscaldante.
