The Berlin oak sparkles light yellow in the glass, and apple and citrus fruits resonate in the scent. There is also a hint of honey and subtle vanilla aromas from the toasted oak wood. Fresh and balanced in the drink, the tart Brettanomyces aromas and the fine tannins of the wood lie velvety on the palate and tongue. Spicy finale. The Berlin oak fades away with slightly smoky notes.
