NOTA DE CATA: Color granate, aspecto turbio y capa de espuma fina y de tonos violáceos. Aromas intensos a frutos rojos (ciruelas y cerezas), pero con un suave y elegante trasfondo de acidez láctica y ciertas notas lupuladas. Ácida pero con matices suavemente dulces, repleta de sabores jugosos y muy sabrosos a ciruela y cerezas.
5,6% vol. / 50 cl.
INGREDIENTES: Agua, malta de cebada , malta de trigo , avena , puré de piña, puré de ciruela, puré de cereza, lúpulo y levadura.
RECOMENDACIONES: Servir a una temperatura en torno a 6 - 8ºC.
