Fermented on a huge quantity of Australian Plums, adding a delicious sweet & sour layer to this massive stout; we've then infused with Islay Whisky that has had extended maturation on oak staves, giving the beer a layer of peaty oak complexity.
All natural ingredients. Contains Water, Barley, Australian Plums, Rye, Oats, Lactose, Dextrose, Whisky, Hops & Yeast.
