Just before we did this beer, Tonkanilla Mangorange, we did a series of beers with, among others, Tempest Brewing Co from Edinburgh, Scotland. For those beers, Douglas Rowe – head brewer at Tempest – suggested that we put som tonka beans in. Though those beers were imperial stouts, the experience of the tonka beans was so pleasant that we decided to try them in a sour. We paired it with vanilla because those two go hand in hand. Naturally, we also had to add some fruit to the mix. And, Mango and Orange go together like… like… well, like two fruits that go together really well. Hope you like it! Ver menos
