The grand reserva has matured for 36 months at Struise brewery in wine barrels from Provins winery i ...n Wallis Switzerland, Olorosso sherry barrels from Jerez Spain, and was blended with the Swiss Grand Cru version that matured at 2364 meters of altitude.
