La maceración ha sido sobre una base de cerveza ácida, elaborada especialmente para Beets ‘21, que junto al sabor de la remolacha y su textura terrosa le da un toque afrutado muy estimulante.

Beets is one of our seasonal beers, we brew it once a year with beetroot from our organic farm. Beets ’21 is the fifth version and based on experience we have evolved the processing of beets. We macerated them twice as long without peeling or grating, just cut. Macerated with an acid base, which together with the taste of beets and its earthy texture gives it a very stimulating fruity touch.
