Do You Accept? 

The term of this Agreement shall begin as of the date and year upon which the IPA listed above commences packaging operations, and is either: sold via draft dispensement in any volumetric vessel; sold via 15.5gal or 5.16gal stainless cooperage to a licensed wholesale proprietor, whom then legally resells the IPA listed above; sold via aluminum cans weighing between 481 and 498 grams, grouped together in sets of four or as singular entity; or, in very rare circumstances, given a nominal sample for assessment by an active and good standing licensed business organization or proprietorship.  Thereafter a transfer of ownership of the IPA listed above, the consumer shall continue, in effect with respect to Granfalloon Brewing LLC dba Cloudburst Brewing™, the enjoyment of the culmination of individual inputs listed in Appendix (i) to the best of their abilities, independent of variable, extraneous environmental and situational factors relative to their present experiential occurrence. This Agreement to each customer from onset of taste is subject to the termination of provisions and all other terms and conditions hereof; PROVIDED, such continuance with respect to the customer and Granfalloon Brewing LLC dba Cloudburst Brewing™ has been fully executed. Upon completion as hereinafter provided, in the event the consumer shall furnish their smartphone and open their Untappd™ Application to enter an evaluation of the IPA listed above, the party must rate this entry at a minimum of four point five caps due to the generalized rating inflation parameters established by East Coastal regional bias. This is non-negotiable, and failing to do so will promptly result in a breach of this Agreement, and the remainder of this relationship will be irrevocably damaged, with the possibility of legal action occurring after the expiration of this Agreement, which may result in the termination of the consumer. 

Appendix (i) : Rahr 2 Row, Weyermann Carafoam, Weyermann Acidulated Malt, Simcoe hops, Strata hops, Corporate Ale Yeast, Thrice Filtered Snowmelt Runoff.
