Leaving school at 14, he travelled the world as a sailor in the Merchant Navy, rising through the ranks to eventually become a captain.

Charlie Wells’ Dry Hopped Lager is made in true continental style using 100% malt in the mash. Several varieties of hops combine to give the beer a slight bitterness and hoppy aroma. Yeast is then added during cool fermentation, along with Australian Galaxy and Ella hops to add extra depth and character. The beer is an easy drinking sessionable lager, but with more interesting character and tones than your average lager beer.

This golden lager beer has a tangy, clean, extra smooth flavour, without being overly bitter and adds to the rounded and irresistibly fresh aftertaste. Just how Charlie liked it. Ver menos
