Před více než půldruhým stoletím se začal odvíjet příběh, který se zapsal zlatým písmem do historie českého národa a světových dějin pivovarnictví.
Na začátku bylo pivo. Unikátní spodně kvašený světlý ležák zrozený z umu a odvahy vydat se novou, neprobádanou cestou. Dal název dnes nejprodávanějšímu typu piva na světě (Pils, Pilsner). Svou jedinečnost a výsadní postavení si ale uchoval dodnes. Celý svět ho zná pod jménem Pilsner Urquell.
V průběhu času obohatily nabídku Plzeňského Prazdroje i další značky skvělých piv jako Gambrinus, Radegast, Velkopopovický Kozel nebo Primus a Klasik. Nejrozšířenějším českým nealkoholickým pivem se stal Birell, který doplňují i jeho ochucené varianty. Pivní kategorii uzavírají pivní speciály značky Master. Zárukou kvality jsou kromě pečlivého výběru surovin především léty prověřená receptura a po generace předávané umění sládků.

In the beginning there was beer. The unique bottom-fermented pale lager born of the art and courage to follow a new, unexplored path. It gave the name to what is now the bestselling type of beer in the world (Pils, Pilsner). It has kept its uniqueness and privileged status to this day. It is known throughout the world as Pilsner Urquell.
Over time the range of beers offered by Plzeňský Prazdroj grew to include other great beer brands such as Gambrinus, Radegast, Velkopopovický Kozel, Primus and Klasik. Birell became the most widespread Czech non-alcoholic beer, accompanied by its flavoured variations. The beer categories are rounded off by the Master special beers. Quality is guaranteed by our careful selection of ingredients and particularly our recipe, proven over all these years, as well as the art of the brewers that has been handed down through the generations.
