Microcervecería fundada por Brian Strumke al estilo de otros "gypsy brewers" como Mikkeller o Evil Twin. Ha elaborado sus cervezas en muchas fábricas tanto de USA como de fuera: Emelisse, Hof Ten Dormaal, Extraomnes, Fano, Sint Canarus, Westbrook... pero la mayoría de sus cervezas ven la luz en Pub Dog Brewing, en Maryland.
