bottling date: 27/01/2023For this Speling van het Lot, we macerated a new variety of plums;the Haganta, picked in Limburg, Belgium. We macerated theseplums for about five months on two- and three-year old lambikand on a small oak barrel. The weighted average age of this Pruimis more than 22 months on the moment of bottling. The final fruit intensity is 358 grams of plums per litre of Pruim. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
