Druif blends consist of maceration of grape (must) on/the co-fermentation of grape juice or wine with traditional lambic. No addition of syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.

This Muscat Bleu grape lambik has macerated for more than five months in a single oak foeder.

Afterwards, 3F blended it with some more lambic but instead of bottling it, they let the druivenlambik mature for 16 more months on a sherry barrel.

As they only used two-year and three-year old lambic, the weighted average age upon bottling is more than 31 months.

They used lambics from three different barrels and nine different brews, all brewed by 3 Fonteinen. About 20% of the brews were brewed with Pajot grown cereals.
