La hemos fermentado con levadura Vermont, y el Amarillo y el Sabro se han añadido en caliente para desatar los compuestos generados por la interacción entre la levadura y los lúpulos durante el whirlpool.

Estos compuestos contribuyen significativamente al perfil aromático y de sabor. El resultado son aromas a frutos rojos, melocotón y cítricos, con un marcado carácter tropical en cada sorbo.

Sun Valley is a Hazy IPA, loaded with Idaho 7 and Idaho Gem hops, known for its fruity aromas.

Its body, as smooth as a leaf in the wind, is the result of a precise combination: oat flakes, malted oats, raw wheat, and chit malt, all working towards the same goal.

We fermented it with Vermont yeast, and Amarillo and Sabro hops were added in the whirlpool to release the compounds generated by the interaction between the yeast and hops.

These compounds contribute significantly to the aromatic and flavor profile. The result is aromas of red fruits, peach, and citrus, with a distinct tropical character in every sip.
