Tras Crush, damos el paso hacia una Double IPA con el uso del precursor de tioles a base de pieles de uva Sauvignon Blanc Phantasm®, que despierta aromas intensos a fruta al interactuar con la levadura
Para crear esta cerveza única, añadimos lúpulos Cascade durante el mash, Mosaic junto a Phantasm® durante el whirlpool y rematamos con un dry-hop de Mosaic, Motueka y Mosaic Cryo.
El resultado es un abanico de fruta inmenso con aromas a uva blanca, guava rosa, piña y piel de pomelo, junto al de los caramelos ácidos. En boca resulta contundente, con gran cuerpo y sedosa, sin apenas amargor y con sabores a uva blanca, melocotón amarillo y piña madura. -----------------------
After Crush, we take the step towards a Double IPA using the thiol precursor based on Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, Phantasm®, which awakens intense fruit aromas when interacting with the yeast during fermentation.
To create this unique beer, we add Cascade hops during the mash, Mosaic along with Phantasm® during the whirlpool, and finish with a dry-hop of Mosaic, Motueka, and Mosaic Cryo.
The result is an immense array of fruit with aromas of white grape, pink guava, pineapple, and grapefruit zest, along with hints of sour candies. It is bold and full-bodied on the palate, silky smooth, with flavors of white grape, yellow peach, and ripe pineapple.
