Baghaven Brewing and Blending Art of Decadence Blend 5

𝓐𝓻𝓽 𝓸𝓯 𝓓𝓮𝓬𝓪𝓭𝓮𝓷𝓬𝓮 𝓑𝓵𝓮𝓷𝓭 𝓥 was born out of the curiosity of blending. We took two of our adjunct laden fruit beers, 𝙆𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙠 𝙑𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙡𝙟𝙚 2020 (Danish Stevnsbær cherries and vanilla) and 𝙍𝙪𝙗𝙪𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙑𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙡𝙟𝙚 2020 (Danish Glen Ample raspberries and vanilla), and blended them together in a 50/50 ratio. The cuvée was then rested upon freshly roasted 𝙏𝙖𝙣𝙯𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙘𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙤 𝙣𝙞𝙗𝙨 from our friends at Svenska Kakaobolaget (@kakaobolaget) in Sweden. The 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐳𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐢𝐛𝐬 bring red fruit, berries, apple, plum, tropical fruit, woody, earthy and light 𝙗𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙞𝙚 𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 notes in aroma and flavor. They also provide a roundness to the mouthfeel that completes the beer and produces something that can truly be described as Decadent.
