Bad Seed Brewing's Festbier is a Märzen masterpiece, crafted with Bavarian Pilsner, Munich, and Vienna malts. This beer embodies the robust, bready malt character, reminiscent of freshly baked bread crust, with delicate hints of honey and a rustic malt aroma. Its classic spicy, black pepper, and woody notes, courtesy of Perle and Hersbrucker hops, are perfectly complemented by a touch of floral and citrusy qualities from a hint of Saphir. At 5.6%, it's a true celebration of Bavarian brewing traditions. Prost!

A German Festbier, brewed in the style of a Märzen!

For the third round of Braufrisch we have teamed up with beer writer Christian Andersen & Master Brewer Jens Eiken, authors of the book "Den Nøgne Øl" - to create a Festbier - our collaborative take on a classic German Lager for the Oktoberfest - in the style of a Märzen.

Brewed with Bavarian Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts, to give a robust, bready malt character with delicate notes of freshly baked bread crust, honey and a rustic malt aroma, like smelling fresh malt straight out of the bag.

We've hopped it with Perle, Hersbrucker to get that classic spicy, black pepper and woody notes along with a touch of floral and citrusy qualities from a touch of Saphir.
