Esta cerveza es una pasada. La probé en Bamberg comiendo en el restaurante que las fabrica. Tras volver del viaje realice un pedido directamente a Schlenkerla que tiene pagina web. Lo primero antes de beber es olerla. El ahumado da un sabor espectacular. La recomiendo !!
Rauchbier y Schlenkerla son uña y carne. Esta cerveza es magnífica, aunque como otras cervezas "díficiles" como las lámbicas auténticas, requiere de acostumbrar el paladar para disfrutarla en su plenitud. Rebosa notas a bacon, panceta, humo, madera... Lo dicho, una pasada.
