Adnams Jack Brand Mosaic Pale Ale

This pale blonde is packed with mango, peach, lemon and pine flavours with a dry hoppy finish. Brewed with Pale Ale, Lager and Cara malts and Mosaic hops at each of the four stages in the brew process imparting bold hop characteristics.  Very similar to Citra, Mosaic hops impart intense flavours. They are a new hop variety (released early 2012) bred from Simcoe and Nugget hops, taking the best of the varieties to provide clean bitterness and outstanding flavours and aromas.
